Margaret worked as a Teacher, Choreographer and Artistic Director at many schools, Universities and dance companies including University of Southern Mississippi (USM) Northern Illinois University (NIU), Virginia Intermount (VI) and Tekio University to name a few, but her longest tenure was serving as Artistic Director for the Rockford Dance Company in Rockford Illinois.  Margaret made many friends and many memories, putting together productions large and small for her students, some of whom would go on to professional careers in dance.  Margaret worked six and sometimes seven days a week if a production was appearing on stage that weekend and she loved every minute she spent teaching proper technique and translating her vision and vast knowledge of ballet to productions on stage.
